If you own or operate rental residential properties in the Mountain State or provide goods and services to the apartment industry, you’re eligible to join the West Virginia Apartment Association.
WVAA represents all rental housing owners throughout the state. Its purpose is to advocate in the best interests of the rental housing industry and collectively address our industry’s needs.
The National Apartment Association recently formed the WVAA to give the apartment industry a stronger, unified voice and presence within the state. and provide strong regional representation.
Members will have full access to NAA resources, which range from educational and certification opportunities to full-scale government relations and marketing strategies in the areas of government affairs, click and lease, industry resources, education institute, meetings and expositions and an open door program.
With nearly 170 state and local affiliates, NAA encompasses over 72,600 members and more than 8.73 million apartment homes in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.
