Naushad has over 25 years experience in various in leadership roles and has lived/worked in more than 10 countries. He worked as a C-Suite executive for over 10 years in the Middle East & Africa before moving to the US in 2015 to run a property management company overseeing the operations of more than 5000 apartments in multi family real estate.

He holds a Masters from INSEAD in Change Management is also an ICF certified PCC coach.

He now helps leaders and organizations navigate the new landscape of employees and customers. After the pandemic and with a new generation of employees, leaders face issues such as working with diversity, creating psychological safety, meeting the needs for flexibility including hybrid work models. Leaders will need new skills to learn how to attract and retain the best talent in this landscape.
