Many apartment communities in our market are members of the West Virginia Apartment Association. Dues are charged annually in January, and are based on tiers and by number of units. In addition to the benefits of networking and educational opportunities, you also have access to the NAA Blue Moon Lease (additional fee through NAA).
- – 1 to 65 Units: $195
- – 66 to 130 Units: $225
- – 131 to 180 Units: $315
- – 181 to 799 Units: $345 plus $1.25 per unit
- – 800 or more Units: $515 plus $1.15 per unit
