WHO SHOULD JOIN WVAA?
Whether you are an owner, manager, developer or supplier to the apartment housing industry in West Virginia, the West Virginia Apartment Association provides its members with educational, networking and advocacy resources available to apartment industry professionals.
Member Types:
- Management Company: WVAA requires the management company to join in addition to the apartment community. Management Companies are not charged dues.
- Apartment Community: WVAA apartment communities is a residential community of one or more buildings containing multiple rental units.
- Supplier: A WVAA supplier member are individuals or companies providing a good or service to the multifamily housing industry.
2026 Dues Structure:
- Management Company: Free to join
- Apartment Community:
- 1 to 65 Units: $195
- 66 to 130 Units: $225
- 131 to 180 Units: $315
- 181 to 799 Units: $345 plus $1.25 per unit
- 800 or more Units: $515 plus $1.15 per unit
- Supplier: $200
